Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

Super easy dinner rolls - let your machine make the dough - you shape and bake!

Equipment

  • 1 Bread Machine

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water, warm
  • 3 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1 Egg, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast This is the same as a package of yeast

Instructions

  • Butter the sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Check your machine manual for instructions on the order you should put your ingredients in. I've listed the ingredients in the order our machine requires.
  • Load the ingredients in your machine and set it to the dough cycle
  • When the dough is done, Knead it a few times and then shape into 12-15 rolls
  • Place the dough into your buttered dish, cover with a clean kitchen towel and place in a warm location
  • The dough will need to double in size about 45 minutes to an hour

bake in 375° for 15 minutes

  • Rub or brush a small amount of softened butter on the top of each roll
