Harvest Turkey Salad
Easy to make and easier to eat, delicious fall inspired salad.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey breast, finely chopped (about 1/2 lb)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup aged white cheddar (Dubliner, Coastal, Kingdom), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, minced (about 1 rib)
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, minced (about 1/2 small onion)
- 2/3 cup apple, finely diced (use an apple on the tart side)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp course ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Instructions
Make the dressing
- In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard and poultry seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
Make the salad
- Mix together: turkey, cheddar, celery, onion, apple and cranberries. Mix well and then fold in the dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate. Will keep well for about 3 days. (you will probably devour it well before then)
