Butter Chicken Casserole
Delicious hot dish featuring Shredded Chicken, Butter Sauce and Spanish Rice.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 cups Spanish Rice, cooked
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked & shredded
- 1 1/3 cups Milk
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced Optional
- 1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped Optional
- Salt and Pepper to taste (as needed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° - grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside
- In a large bowl: mix together all ingredients. Make sure to mix together well (breaking up the chicken)
- Pour into your prepared pan, top with sliced tomatoes and chopped green onions
