Butter Chicken Casserole

Delicious hot dish featuring Shredded Chicken, Butter Sauce and Spanish Rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 cups Spanish Rice, cooked
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 cup Diced Celery
  • 2 cups Chicken, cooked & shredded
  • 1 1/3 cups Milk
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced Optional
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped Optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste (as needed)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° - grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside

  • In a large bowl: mix together all ingredients. Make sure to mix together well (breaking up the chicken)
  • Pour into your prepared pan, top with sliced tomatoes and chopped green onions

Bake for 35 minutes. Let sit on counter about 15-20 minutes when done to cool down and set up.
