Butter Chicken Casserole
Delicious hot dish featuring Shredded Chicken, Butter Sauce and Spanish Rice.

- 2 cups Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 cups Spanish Rice, cooked
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked & shredded
- 1 1/3 cups Milk
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced Optional
- 1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped Optional
- Salt and Pepper to taste (as needed)
Preheat oven to 350° - grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside
In a large bowl: mix together all ingredients. Make sure to mix together well (breaking up the chicken)
Pour into your prepared pan, top with sliced tomatoes and chopped green onions
Bake for 35 minutes. Let sit on counter about 15-20 minutes when done to cool down and set up.
