  • 1/2 average jalapeño, cored, seeded & finely minced
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped about 1 cup
  • juice 1/2 lime (or whole lime if small) about 3-4 tablespoons

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Wash all of the produce (including the lime) and set aside
  • Chop the ingredients and place in a bowl. Set the Jalapeño aside in a separate bowl
  • Add the lime juice, and spices and run a knife gently through the mixture to help break up any larger pieces of avocado.
  • Add ½ teaspoon jalapeño. Gently fold the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings and heat level to your taste adding jalapeño in increments as you like. *You can freeze any leftover jalapeño for another use.
