Guacamole
Delicious and easy guacamole recipe

Ingredients
- 3 large avocados, roughly chopped
- 2 average Roma tomatoes, cored, seeded & chopped
- 1/2 average jalapeño, cored, seeded & finely minced
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped about 1 cup
- juice 1/2 lime (or whole lime if small) about 3-4 tablespoons
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped leaves and stems are ok if chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Instructions
- Wash all of the produce (including the lime) and set aside
- Chop the ingredients and place in a bowl. Set the Jalapeño aside in a separate bowl
- Add the lime juice, and spices and run a knife gently through the mixture to help break up any larger pieces of avocado.
- Add ½ teaspoon jalapeño. Gently fold the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings and heat level to your taste adding jalapeño in increments as you like. *You can freeze any leftover jalapeño for another use.
- Cover and let rest on the counter for 30 minutes to an hour
