juice1/2 lime (or whole lime if small)about 3-4 tablespoons
1tbspcilantro, choppedleaves and stems are ok if chopped fine
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspcumin
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
2cloves garlic, finely minced
Instructions
Wash all of the produce (including the lime) and set aside
Chop the ingredients and place in a bowl. Set the Jalapeño aside in a separate bowl
Add the lime juice, and spices and run a knife gently through the mixture to help break up any larger pieces of avocado.
Add ½ teaspoon jalapeño. Gently fold the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings and heat level to your taste adding jalapeño in increments as you like. *You can freeze any leftover jalapeño for another use.
Cover and let rest on the counter for 30 minutes to an hour
