Turmeric Basmati Rice
Delicious and easy baked rice recipe. So good you will choose it over and over!

- 2 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1 large Onion, Diced
- 2 cups Extra Long Basmati Rice
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
Preheat oven to 350°
In a dutch oven on medium heat, melt the butter and add the onion. Saute until softened.
Add the turmeric and stir it into the butter onion mix until well combined. (no more than 30 seconds)
Add the rice and chicken stock. Mix well. Add a tight fitting lid and transfer to the preheated oven.
Cook for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes (with the lid on).
After 10 minutes, remove the lid and fluff with a fork
