1 Food Processor
Ingredients
28 ozcream cheese blocks, softened to room temperature
1/2cupgreen onion, sliced
3 1/2 - 4ozaged cheddar cheese, shredded
3 - 3 1/2 ozmedium cheddar cheese, shredded
1teascurry powder
1/2teaskosher salt
1/4teascoarse ground black pepper
2/3cupmango chutney
1cupchopped nutsI use a mix of spicy & salted cashews
Instructions
Add cream cheese and spices to bowl of food processor. mix well. scrape down as needed.
Add all the other ingredients in batches to avoid making clumps of cheese until all is well mixed together.
Line a bowl or ramekin with plastic wrap and fill with cheese mixture (if you want smaller cheese balls, use smaller bowls). Cover and chill the mix for at least an hour up to a few days.
Once the mixture is chilled, unwrap and invert the bowl onto a small plate. Remove the bowl and plastic wrap and cover the ball with chopped cashews, or pecans.
