Equipment
1 pressure cooker
Ingredients
1cupquinoa, rinsed under cold running water
1 1/2cupsvegetable broth
Instructions
Add rinsed, drained quinoa to pressure cooker
put lid on and make sure valve is set to sealing.
Cook on manual High pressure for 2 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally (about 10 minutes)
Fluff with a fork and set aside to cool before storing covered in the fridge
